By using Forminator — including the Discord bot, this website, or any associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These terms apply to all users, including server administrators who add the bot to their Discord server and individual users who interact with the bot's forms and panels.

2. Use of Service
Forminator provides form and panel management tools for Discord servers. You may use the service for any lawful purpose that complies with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord account in connection with Forminator.
- Server administrators are responsible for how they deploy and configure Forminator within their communities.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Forminator to:
- Collect personal data from Discord users without their informed consent.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security mechanisms.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or Discord's Terms of Service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Forminator API or web portal.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, branding, and content produced by the Forminator team remain the intellectual property of Forminator and its developers. You retain ownership of any content (form questions, responses, etc.) you create through the service.
You grant Forminator a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any user or server that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected parties where practical.
You may stop using Forminator at any time by removing the bot from your server and closing your account via the web portal.

6. Limitation of Liability
Forminator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Forminator team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

8. Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with Forminator. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase or most recent billing date.
- You have not meaningfully used the premium features included in that subscription period. Use of even basic premium features during the period may disqualify the request at our discretion.
- The request is made in good faith and is not part of a pattern of repeated refund abuse.
Monthly and Custom Bot subscribers may request a refund for the most recent billing cycle. Earlier cycles are not eligible.
8.1 How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Join the Forminator Discord support server and open a support ticket, or contact us via the information listed on this page.
- Include your Discord username, the email address associated with your payment, and the date of purchase.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request.
We review each request individually and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Lifetime subscriptions after the first meaningful use of premium features. If you have not used any premium features, you may still be eligible within the 7-day window.
- Any subscription period that is more than 7 days old.
- Vote Premium — as this is a free tier earned through voting, no monetary refund applies.
- Subscriptions cancelled mid-period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remaining days.
8.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated on our end.
