Forminator collects the minimum data necessary to provide its service. Specifically, we store:
- Discord User ID: used to identify you uniquely across sessions and associate your form submissions and settings.
- Username and global display name: used to show your identity in the web portal and within server panels.
- Avatar hash: used to display your Discord profile picture in the web portal.
- Guild (server) data: including server IDs, names, and configurations, retrieved via the bot token and stored to power server-specific form and panel settings.
- Form responses: content submitted by users through forms created by server administrators.
We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or any information beyond what Discord's OAuth2 and bot APIs provide.

2. How We Use It

We retain your data for as long as you or your server actively uses Forminator. If you remove the bot from all servers and request account deletion, we will delete your stored data within 30 days of the request.
