A Custom Bot Instance is a dedicated deployment of the Forminator software running under a Discord bot application that you own and control. Instead of your server using the shared Forminator bot, users interact with a bot that carries your chosen name, avatar, and branding.
This tier is priced at £2.99/month and includes all premium features. It is intended for communities that want a more integrated, branded experience.

2. Setup Process
After subscribing to the Custom Bot tier:
- You will create a Discord bot application via the Discord Developer Portal and provide us with your bot token.
- Our team will provision a dedicated instance of Forminator using that token.
- Setup is typically completed within 48 hours of receiving your bot token and payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for configuring your bot's name, avatar, and invite settings within the Discord Developer Portal.

3. Acceptable Use
Your Custom Bot Instance must comply with all applicable policies, including Discord's Terms of Service and Forminator's Terms of Service. Specifically, you may not use your instance to:
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, or automated bulk DMs.
- Collect or distribute NSFW, illegal, or harmful content through forms or panels.
- Harass, impersonate, or abuse other Discord users.
- Attempt to exploit, scrape, or overload the Discord API in ways that violate Discord's rate limits or guidelines.
- Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your instance without a refund.

4. Hosting Terms
We host and maintain your Custom Bot Instance as part of the monthly subscription. The following apply:
- We target high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
- Unplanned outages affecting custom instances will be resolved with the same priority as the main Forminator bot.
- Your data (forms, panels, submissions) is stored on our infrastructure and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to perform infrastructure changes, updates, and migrations as needed to maintain the service.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate a Custom Bot subscription:
- You may cancel at any time. Your instance will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be decommissioned and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
- We may terminate your instance immediately for violations of this policy or our Terms of Service, without a refund.
- If we discontinue the Custom Bot offering entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and issue a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription time.
6. Custom Bot Refunds
Custom Bot subscriptions follow the same refund eligibility criteria as other paid tiers; requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date and premium features must not have been meaningfully used. See the Refund Policy for full details.
