1. Premium Tiers
Forminator offers several tiers to suit different server needs:
- Free: Access to core features with standard limits. No payment required.
- Vote Premium: Unlocked by voting for Forminator on supported bot listing sites. Grants elevated limits for a set period per vote. See the Vote Premium section below for details.
- Monthly (£1.99/month): Full premium feature access with increased limits, billed monthly. Cancel at any time.
- Lifetime (£25.99, one-time): Full premium feature access, forever, with a single payment. No recurring charges.
- Custom Bot (£2.99/month): A dedicated Forminator instance running under your own Discord bot application. Includes all premium features. See the Custom Bot Policy for full details.
2. What's Included in Premium
Premium subscribers (Monthly, Lifetime, and Custom Bot) receive:
- Increased form and panel limits per server.
- Access to advanced form field types.
- Priority response routing and webhook delivery.
- Custom branding options within panels.
- Access to premium-only configuration settings.
- Priority support in the Forminator support server.

3. Vote Premium Details
Voting for Forminator on a supported bot listing site grants temporary premium access at no cost. Each vote grants a fixed period of elevated features. Vote Premium does not include all features available to paid subscribers; see the Premium page for a feature comparison.
- Vote credits are non-transferable and tied to the voting user's Discord account.
- Voting multiple times extends the duration, up to a reasonable cap.
- Vote Premium cannot be combined with paid tiers for stacking purposes.
4. Billing
Monthly and Custom Bot subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis using our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month from the date of first subscription.
- All prices are listed in GBP. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
- Payment failures may result in temporary suspension of premium features until payment is resolved.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a Monthly or Custom Bot subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation unless covered by our Refund Policy.
Lifetime subscriptions cannot be cancelled as they are one-time purchases; see the Refund Policy for eligibility.

6. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price increase and may cancel before the new price takes effect. Lifetime subscribers are not subject to pricing changes.
